1.Appointment policy
If you book an appointment and fail to show up or do not avail the service, you will be charged an allowance fee of ₹250 as a service charge. This applies specifically to appointments booked in delhi.
Any charges or cancellation to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
2.Complaint resolution policy
Any complaint regarding any service must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the service.
We will resolve all valid complaints within this period. Beyond this timeframe, complaints will not be entertained.
3.No refund policy
All payments made for any service are non-refundable.
